I would imagine the number of beds at the facility and clientele are the driving

Medicare pays better than commercial in SNF. If there’s a lot of Medicare pay

It's all based on utilization. I know several that do it, and they do well. But it seems stressful.

From what I understand it varies quite a bit depending on size

My guess is 100-120k, but I'm not sure that stress would be worth it.
