The advantage the PAC has is that they can more easily jettison dead weight right now
That's not the case for the Big 12. That said, I agree with DirtyWater that the logistics of doing it so quickly make it an intriguing idea...but not feasible

Unfortunately, I think it could make even more sense for them to join the PAC (or create a new one with best of PAC)
