I buy a case every few years. I replace probably 5-7 a year. At one point I decided I would instead try to repair broken
sprinkler heads to save a few dollars, so I bought some new o-rings and gaskets and stuff, and then after spending like 20 min trying to get a $8 sprinkler head working again I realized that wasn’t a good use of my time.

Sprinklers aren't as bad as people make them out to be. Installing 36 would suck but repairs aren't that bad.
