No, it's what I want at BYU so I can park more easily and conveniently when I
visit.
I don't live there, so I'm fine paving over Provo for my convenience.
I'd also be fine with them improving UVX. Dedicated lanes throughout campus. A stop on 9th east near the CONE.
Right now they just have terrible parking and a halfway implemented public transportation system.
