I really believe the PAC 12 gets a ‘make good’ Tv deal that is near the B12 deal. By make good, I mean a short term deal with a bump if PAC12 tv ratings improve. Now, that’s not all good for Utah, but it will be a less competitive conference with an easier path to playoffs. So, Utah gets a marginal tv deal, makes a run or two at or in the playoffs, and if the PAC12 comes undone, Utah has more value to potentially get picked up by a better conference. That’s my Utah best case scenario and it just doesn’t seem far fetched.

The only other concern I have with the Pac 12 is that it would appear quite a few of the other program's Athletic departments are running at a severe deficit. I just don’t see how that’s sustainable and doesn’t result in an ultimate PAC12 collapse.
