I am old school. If I am outside and in the sun a lot, I put on sunscreen. If not, I don't.

I am older school. I go outside when I want and I don't bother with sunscreen.

Simple…it’s basically very difficult to get sunburned before 10 and after 2ish

I would have said 3 or 4 pm. but much of that depends on your location.

I asked my Amazon Echo what the current UV index is. That plus the EPA Site lets me know what to expect.
