The 435 All-American

My rationale is that LAX at least has some redeeming qualities

It’s got lots of really good (and fairly inexpensive) hotel options that have easy in/out shuttles that run 24/7

It’s close to Manhattan Beach

That’s about it

But SFO is in a trash city. It’s not near anywhere I want to be. I bet it’s an absolute zoo to get in and out of.

But who knows. Maybe LAX really is the worst.

How so? SFO has comfortable seats and nice art, and isn't particularly large.

Easiest for getting in and out of Asia. At least for me, followed by Portland. Avoided LAX and SFO like the plague.
