Colorado is leaving if the pac doesn’t get a media deal comparable to big12
If pac gets their media deal Colorado isn’t moving. The pac media deal is (in my opinion) unlikely to happen at this point. That’s why they haven’t announced yet. They won’t announce until they feel there is no hope left. They are probably getting close to that. I can say that pretty confidently without insider sources.
