In 2010, the board meeting agenda said almost the same thing as announced this
morning..."Legal advice on a specific matter - athletics matter at CU Boulder."
That was Tuesday, June 8, 2010. The PAC 10 announced (or leaked) the move on Thursday, June 10 and then the Colorado board of Regents had another meeting on Friday, June 11 where the agenda specifically referred to the PAC 10 and PAC 10 officials in attendance where the specifics were discussed.
