On3 seems to think the frontrunners as of a couple months ago were Utah, BYU, and Michigan St. I assume that Utah is probably less likely now due to them landing Isaac Wilson. I am not sure how they come up with their odds so I have no idea how legitimate their numbers/predictions are.
