Isn't it obvious there can be no PAC media deal until UO/WA know whether they
are in or out? Meaning: they know when/whether a B1G offer is coming?
Until that happens, media companies can't even know what they are bidding on. What is a PAC? Does it include the most valuable schools or doesn't it?
