I asked the guy on one of the Maveriks why they weren't charging $5/bottle of water and he said that Maverik is trying

to match the out-of-airport pricing in it's airport shops as much as possible. I wonder if SLC is also taking a smaller cut than the airport norm

Honestly, there needs to be move quick service food options at SLC. A Chick-Fil-A, Mcdonalds, etc...would help
