If you're a recruit looking at Big12. The mentality should be where can I get the combination of both respect and exposure? WCC, we got plenty of exposure, but very little respect without post season thread the needle (Gonzaga playbook). In Big12, I don't think we'll ever go into the season expecting to win the conference title. We may have a season here or there where we expect to be in the top 3 or 4, but the favorite... please.

But, we can definitely get guys exposure for their future careers here in US or overseas. Anyone afraid of that... they should also look at their other options... go Pac? is going to have less and less respect moving forward. Any mid major isn't going to have the respect either unless they make a deep run and even then people can explain that away based on a variety of reasons.... like luck.
