There has been a ton of water poured into it, and it has only risen from 21% full at its lowest point to it's high point now of 34%. It's only 34% full, with a ton of runoff behind us and about a month left to go.
Getting up to 41-42% would be a win, IMO, but man it needs a lot more water to even hit the median of 64%.
