It was the piano hold in the World's Strongest Man competition in '08. For those not familiar with that event, the
competitor has to pick up one baby grand in each hand with arms extended sideways (each piano is enclosed by a net and there's a hook on top and that's where you have to hold and lift). The goal is to hold the two pianos up as long as possible. It's like a more challenging version of the cheese hold.

Anyway, going into that event I already had a couple herniated discs and a broken femur (don't worry, it wasn't compound), so I knew it was going to be tough, and it was, but then in the middle of the hold I felt my right labrum tear. Not a good feeling. But I fought through and ended up finishing 4th in that event. I felt pretty good about that finish considering it wasn't my strongest event.
