As their front legs hit the ground their rear legs and butt are straight up in the air. But perhaps the most difficult to manage for the bull rider is the give and roll in his skin. It has close to a foot give in it from one side to the other side. A rider can be half off on one side because of the give of the skin and the bull can put him to half off on the other side with the riders butt staying in the same place on the bull’s skin. For a rider to compensate for all the moves a bull has is phenomenal and few are really good at it.
