Sorry, but whoever is filming needs to be screaming for something to happen or doing something IMO, but maybe there wasn't much to do at that point. Sad to see the boat arrive after the dude is already underwater and didn't resurface. I usually surf in California so I'm not as worried about tiger sharks but man that is vicious, just keeps circling around attacking casually. Whites hit hard but if they know you are not a seal it seems they don't keep coming back and mauling like that.
