You might not think so, but that is comforting
I live more to the south sort of close to the mink farm at the far south. I'm think the smell travels upwind. The new alignment of the proposed 1000 South arterial road might go right through the middle of the existing Mink farm. A four lane busy road right in the middle of their operation might be just enough to move them out.
