Just thought I would share another update as I really like the attention.

When I first moved to full-time, I had one part-time employee. Today I hired 4 more PT staff, bringing the total upto 8. Some of these positions could become FT, but the people I hired were looking for their own side gigs, so while I intended to hire 1 FT, I got 4 PT instead. 1 of the PT people has a special skill that has allowed me to sign a $50k contract just for the work they will do.

I also have had two people reach out to be volunteers. These people are looking for job experience as they are almost/recent grads and want to add relevant work to their resumes. I will likely end up putting them on the payroll in the next couple months as well.
