I didn’t read through everything, but it sounds like you haven’t owned a dodge
Ram. All reports I’ve seen show them as the #1 truck or one of the top trucks, and from my experiences they have proven it.

I realize people are partial to whatever they gravitate to and for whatever reasons.

Owning a business we need to make decisions on what makes or saves us the most money so there is no room for playing favorites because they are trucks that need to do a job.

We have owned fords and dodges f150,1500, 250, 2500, 350,3500, 550,& 5500.

Fords have the best interior and comfort, but not by much. The Hemi and Cummins engines out perform and and outlast fords gas, and power strokes.

I’d spend more on a dodge then I would a ford because I’ll get way more out of it and it will spend way less time at the mechanics eating up money, and not making us any money by being out on the road.

We have rams gas and diesel that have hit over 400,000 miles and have never had a major issue. We have had fords that have had them less than 40,000 that have needed a new engine.

Can’t speak for chevys, Toyota, Nissans, or ridge lines, not sure how long a tundra, Titan, or ridge line would last pulling 6-12,000 day in and day out?
