They often wouldn't be caught dead swearing. These are the types of people that have a hard time accepting that gay people were born that way. They are the type of people that judge others even though they believe differently because they don't live to their values.

Just because they aren't super vocal doesn't mean that a sizeable portion of BYU fans act like this. It's on full display in the religion/LGBT categories every day.
