Disney to buy the remaining 33% of Hulu from NBCUniversal for ~$9b, as long expected
NBCUniversal will continue to argue for a higher valuation than $27b, but I doubt it happens.
There were reports earlier this year that Hulu would be interested into the Disney+ app after this closes, but we will see if that has changed.
