Before years end? I can carry over a week into next year, but that still leaves me with 14 days I have to take off or I lose it. It's hard to take off while being considerate to coworkers.

I got an extra week of PTO this year, so that's made it harder. I know, it's a first world problem, but I don't want to lose the hours I can't get scheduled.

I usually take a lot off around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe I'll take Friday off for the rest of the year.
