It is the “ESPN Prospective Agreements” the GOR references that are kept under lock and key at the ACC. The question is not whether the GOR is valid; it is whether it is enforceable. This is very similar to non-competes. Language warning.

Let’s get one thing clear. The ACC GOR IS NOT locked in ACC HQ. That is complete horseshit. There is the 2013 GOR and the 2016 addendum to that. The 2013 agreement is still in force and all the 2016 amendment did was to add the ACC Network and extend the term. They can be found…
