That’s only assuming that selling out the arena is your top priority.
I don’t think it is.
I think maximizing ticket revenue is the ADs first priority. If you sell out, there’s a decent chance your tickets were priced too low. You want the arena to look and feel very full, but a few extra seats and higher ticket prices is 100% fine
