I think eating/overeating behavior can be similar to depression. There is a pretty complex mix of environmental, psychological, and genetic/epigenetic factors at play and it isn’t the same for everyone. IMO looking down on someone for using Ozempic is similar to looking down on someone for taking an antidepressant - it’s an unwillingness to accept that someone else’s body/brain might be different than mine, and that my success may be due to some fortunate external factors in addition to willpower/discipline.
