It isn’t unprecedented for supplements to be laced with unlisted drugs to drive
efficacy. But it is still illegal and unlikely. I wouldn’t expect it in a straight creatine supplement that is so normal and common. More likely you’d find it in something that lists an obscure Asian supplement as the driver when it is really an unlisted drug. You still see this in herbal viagra type products.

It is surprising the product doesn’t include any excipients, but I guess maybe creatine doesn’t need them.
