Sometimes I kick around opening a food truck that just serves chili. I make a
nice pot of chili. That’s all it would be. Bowl of chili for $7.
There are plenty of shaved ice shacks in Utah, but we need some nice comfort food options for the cold winter months. Seems like a no brainer.
