Sparkle signed a contract last year for $900k/year. If he terminates within,
2 years he owes 75% to USU (buyout for the school that signs him). If terminates within 3-5 years, the term is 50%.
If he leaves, USU will fair well in the buyout. Whether they get an equal caliber coach is to be determined.
