Ainge has a good plan and is executing it as best he can. (Note: other teams are not likely to willingly comply with rebuilding the Jazz as strange as that might seem.) Ainge did the same thing with the Celtics and was very fortunate that the Nets were as dumb as they were. He also started from a better position with the Celtics than the Jazz were in thanks to the idiot Dennis Lindsey.
