Recruits aren't developing.

There is no depth leaving BYU to play visibly injured QB's (Hall) against teams like ND, Arkansas, etc.

It seems that the current strategy right now is just bringing in transfers and hoping they pan out (ignoring that they are probably transferring for a reason and the difficulties of learning a new offense in one offseason). If USF or Pittsburgh doesn't want you, I don't think things are going to work out in Provo very well.
