Unfortunately Ty Detmer was forced upon Kalani back in 2017 and the program is still suffering from this injustice. And the team will look close to being competitive in a few Big 12 games and 3-9 is really the new 6-6. And did I mention all the players that will be sitting out due to injuries and that if everyone is healthy this team really could be a strong competitor for the Independence/Armed Forces/Potato Bowl.
