Also at forward Matavao and Willardson need to take big steps upward. Incoming guard Gibb will give the guards a stronger athletic presence and for now all we have at center will be Calvert and Hamson with Barthlomew learning the college game. Both senior centers need more physicality in their game without fouling. The team also needs more consistent scoring down low. We need a stronger post defender more than scorer IMO for the B12 and NCAA tourney battles.

BYU WBB is still very much a work in progress. Need upgraded depth inside as you mentioned. Need 1-2 more years strong recruiting to be consistently competitive at the conference upper level. I think Amber has done well with what she has. Keep building depth and upping the talent/athletic level. Will be interesting to see what scheme adjustments player usage may be made next year.
