I do think a new OL coach can help. But as you said I think it is about one

letter grade. For the most part the talent is the talent. What Funk did so poorly was keep and recruit new talent (although it sounds like he wasn't very good at actually coaching technique either).

If we could get two high level transfers in the right places I would feel very differently about this OL. Hopefully we can.
