Yes, Mt Whitney is included, but no assigned date. When I applied I got assigned a time that I could get online and pick a start date. The start dates are from March 1 to May 31, and are limited to 35 per day for the first round. I understand they add 15 more per day at some later date. When I got on all of the April start dates were already taken, so I went the latest start date in March (23) that I could get.
