Get down big early. Battle back throughout the rest of the game and get close but ultimately fall short. It’s unbelievable how many times this formal has been followed. And the team who gets out to a big early lead has almost never relinquished it. What gives? I feel like we saw lots of leads evaporate from half to half in Big 12 play.
