It seems to me that as was done by Lavell, a good coach listens to his coordinators and position coaches until its clear they can't be trusted. That clarity came this year and we have a new TE coach thank goodness. I don't get why so many are dying to crucify Roderick? The other weak point was OL, Funk clearly needed to go as well and now he's gone. Roderick has produced great numbers when his position coaches were giving him the talent needed to run his offense. Before you pull out the pitchforks, maybe see how this year goes with better position coaches. It's not just his or Kalani's fault that it takes a little longer to replace struggling position coaches, its BYU and their church sponsored culture of cutting people some slack. I wish more of the fans could learn to do the same.
