Maybe Reddick is underpaid based on his consistent production, but their salaries are very similar.

The Jets let an edge rusher go who signed a high priced contract from the Eagles.
The Jets then traded for an older, high priced edge rusher from the Eagles.





It seems weird to me. I wouldn't expect that from Douglas.

it's not a bad trade for the Jets all by itself, but I think they might have been better off giving the Reddick money to Huff.
