I just got a letter today from my student loan lender that my student loan was considered to be paid in full. My last statement said I still owed $8000. I was paying an extra $1000 a month to get it paid off so it would have been paid off by the end of the year anyway but why would it all of a sudden be paid off? Was this the Biden loan forgiveness garbage? If so, I feel kind of guilty about that.
