Intervention Needed
Its not so much inline speed but quickness, how fast can you accelerate and combine that with route running.
Arguably the best WR ever Jerry Rice, ran a 4.6 forty but he could cut and was a superb route runner.
Now if you're the Raiders a straight line blazing speed WR like Tyreek Hill is what you want

avg. WR 40 time at big12 pro day was 4.63. I would have guessed more like 4.5.

Collie ran a 4.63 at the nfl combine. People don’t realize that 4.63 is plenty fast.
