I recently ran the 40 for fun with my brother. He’s 34 and I’m 41. He ran
it in 5.1 and I got 5.7. So no, definitely not. I could feel my hammy ready to pop so we stopped.
Like others said, in high school and college I firmly believe I could beat that though.
