top to bottom. It didn't have a dominant team(s) like the BIG, SEC, and Big East. But it is still the toughest conference overall, just lacked that one team that was exceptionally good. Also, Houston probably wins tonight without the injury so I think we are putting far to much weight on one game to judge the conferences year.
