Need less kids coming to games if they can't sit in their seats.
Also a law suit waiting to happen when one kids throws a ball off the top onto a car or actually falls.
And how many people want to be outside when it is raining or snowing on top of the luxury suites? Not to mention the logistical nightmare to get those people up and down.
All the richy rich don't want that noise or to be mingling with the poor people.
