Really, what is the long history of turning highly drafted QBs into average or below average players?
Trubisky was a horrible pick made by an idiot GM and the Bears got the most out of him. Fields is not great but has potential still.
Who are you talking about? The problem with the Bears is historically they don't draft QBs. They rely on their defense and try to make average QBs work.
