Out she recently put up strip LED lights in her room. They were a light blue so she thought they’d be cool night lights. Stopped using them for two weeks and insomnia resolved. Magic.

If you use a hair dryer on it and carefully remove it, it only takes off a little bit (I have experience unfortunately)

They can be pretty bright. Depending on where they are, you might put them on the underside of a shelf or use a light
