The only thing that could be called is her left elbow comes up higher on contact and the offensive girl sells it really well with a flop of the head backwards. Again, on every posssession of the game you can probably call something similar. The timing of that call though is the worst part of it. Had no impact on the play. Iowa switched anyway.
