Performance of the weekend has to go to Ben Jaster with the 8:38 3200m. That is a PB of 19 seconds. He did okay in cross-country but has come on really strong in Track. Hopefully BYU can land him.

BYU commit Austin Westfall of Orem had a great cross-country season, but his Track times are lackluster. Great to see him get a 14 second PB with his 8:56 3200m.

Zach Hillhouse gets a seven second PB with a 4:07 Mile. Pleasant Grove is a low mileage program, and he seems to have some untapped potential. Wonder if he is a BYU caliber runner.

Lily Alder is starting to put a little heat on teammate Jane Hedengren. Lily already owns a faster PB in the 800m, and she goes and gets a seven second PB in the Mile.
