No. I don't need to more or less shut up just because I disagree with you. I started this discussion.
For all the millions of people that have seen an eclipse in its totality I sure haven't heard it was "life-changing" as you and others have suggested in this thread. If you feel like it was life-changing for you then cool.

I thought the same until I saw 2017. It was pretty incredible. Not just the eclipse, but to see everything around us get
