If I work 1 hour a week, I'm not counted. If I'm unemployed for more than a year, I'm also not counted. It's now virtually impossible to have high unemployment when you won't allow meaningful metrics into the equation.
And we're currently spending a trillion dollars now every 3-4 months. So, yeah, we're going to continue to see high inflation. The Fed is stuck now between lowering rates which spikes inflation and wrecking a fake economy built off low interest rates.
But you're right, I know nothing about what stagflation is.
