Duck Foie Gras at an incredible French restaurant in Old Town Montreal about
30+ years ago. It was amazing. Probably also the most expensive meal I’ve ever had. Every course was a beautiful work of art. I think there were seven.

Had Kanpachi stuffed with crab and lobster at Mama’s Fish House last weekend. It was pretty spectacular.
